I am voluntarily participating in Asian Counseling and Referral Service’s (ACRS) 19th Annual Walk for Rice. I release ACRS, its agents, all sponsoring and associated organizations and person, and the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation from any and all injuries that I might incur as a result of my participation in this event. Additionally, I understand that photographs/video footage will be taken at the event and permit ACRS to use my image at their discretion (i.e. newsletter, brochures, website, etc.).
